I got 3 opportunities to interview at Tiger Analytics in the span of one year.
Rounds
1: Coding (75 Min)
2: Technical Round 1 (45 Min)
3: Technical Round 2 (45 Min)
4: HR (30 Min)
First chance
One of HR from Tiger Analytics reached out to me in month of Sept ’21.
Round-1
The first round was a coding round of 45 Minutes. It consists of 2 questions. I can say it was 1 Easy-Medium and 1 Medium question. I am able to solve 1 question in 15 Minutes but for 2nd question, I am able to pass 2-3 test cases only.
After 3-4 Days I got a call from HR that I cleared the Coding Round. Then she set up the 2nd round i.e. Technical round -1
Round-2
I started preparing for the Interview and a day arrived.
The interviewer did not on his camera. We started greeting each other and the interview started.
First, he started with 2 Coding questions which are easy I can say.
I remember both of the questions, which are as follows:
Find the factorial of a number.
Multiply 2 Matrix.
Then he asked for 1 Complex SQL query. I tried solving using Windows function and explaining the logic.
But he did not seem convinced. He said me that it is partially correct.
Then he asked some basic SQL questions, Python and the interview ended.
One week passed but I didn't get any communication. I tried calling HR but she didn't receive my calls and ghosting started. I mailed her but no reply. In the end, give up and stop trying.
Second Chance
On LinkedIn some post says, message me your resume if you want to work in Tiger Analytics.
I messaged him my resume and after a week I got a call from HR. Asked me some questions and told me she will share the test link.
Round-1

Round-2
I got a call from HR that I cleared the first round and she is setting up my 2nd round.
The role is for a Senior Analyst. But I am preparing to Data Scientist. Since the pay is good and the company is good I thought of giving it a shot.
The interviewer started with 2 coding questions.
Best time to buy stock
Shorten the string on the basis of their frequency logographically.
I was able to solve 1st one with 2 for-loops then he asked me to optimize it. I tried but got some errors. I explained the logic. The second question took me only 5 minutes to solve.
Then he asked me about my project. I told him that I worked on mostly Data Science projects.
Since the role was for Senior Analyst My profile screams as Data Scientist.
He told me I will give you honest feedback, Thank you.
After 2 Days I got a mail stating that I am not a good fit for the role.
Third Chance
This time One of HR saw my Naukri profile and shortlisted me. He shared the test link in 2-3 days. This time the role is of the Data scientist.
It contains 2 Coding and some ML-based MCQ in 1 Hour.
I have given the test and was able to solve one medium coding question. The other one is hard so again able to pass 2-3 test cases.
Because I consumed a lot of time I don't have time for MCQ. It was easy I was able to some questions and others' guesses.
After 3-4 Days I got a mail stating that you are selected for the next round and when we can be scheduled. I told him about my current offers and salary expectations.
This time I rejected Tiger Analytics.
