This is for SDE-1 Backend Dev Role 2022.

One of the Clean rounds but even after selection everyday they are like they will give me offer letter soon blah blah , If you want to give interview for tekion make sure you don't have 3 months of notice period.

1.Online Coding Assesment [Unknown platform] [1 hour]:

Coding and MCQ:

  • 2 Questions Easy-Medium level Competitive programming based question

  • 10 MCQ based on JAVA , OOPS , DBMS.

2. DSA Round [Face2Face (Virtual) ] [1 hour]:

DSA Questions:

  • Brief Introduction of myself. He told me that I think I know you , I said I don't know , after interview I search and found that he is my connection , after 2 3 days he even msged me ki like see I know you , I read our old chat and 4 5 months ago I asked him for refferal😂

  • Q1 : https://leetcode.com/problems/next-greater-element-iii/ [Solved first in NlogN then in N complexity] , actually after solving on some other IDE , he even asked me to open leetcode and code there , but I already solved that so he said leave we will do another question as you already solved in IDE and Leetcode.

  • Q2 : https://leetcode.com/problems/number-of-islands/ [Solved using BFS]

  • Some basic Java , OOPS questions.

2. Hiring Manager Round [Face2Face (Virtual) ] [1 hour]:

DSA Questions:

  • Brief Introduction of myself.
  • Disussion regarding my Infosys work.
  • Some general questions and discussions , why you want to join our company , what expectations you have from us . I asked about their project , experience , journey .
  • He asked so what you know about Tekion , I told him few lines and said My friend also in Tekion it's good company with good WLB (work life balance) . He asked what do you mean by good WLB , I frankly said see WLB means apart from work we will do our personal development too , family time too , personal time too . Work is for life , Life is not for work.
    He said Awesome ......and then some other discussion.

2 days later I recieved mail , please share below docs , we think you are good fit , I shared and believe me I tried my best to get Offer Letter ( I was on NP offer from AJIO ) , but even after 2 months they are like we will process , we will do , actually this issue , balh blah blah...........
