Hi, I have interviewed at Google India for SWE - New Grad (2022) role in Feb 2022.

On referral portal, application status is Offer: Approved

Recruiter is saying they are not sure about headcount, so it might take 1 to 2 months of time.

Should I wait for it or join any other company?
What are the chances of getting offer in this situation?
