Questions on past projects, DB design

Round 5 - Real world challenge
Had to implement API for the given dataset and requirements

Round 6 - Behaviourial round with Engineering manager
Questions on all previous projects and working experience

Waiting for the verdict...

Personal question: I see the following negative signs with the company and role. Please provide suggestions if you can,

1. the company has layoff history during covid
2. the company has recently raised Series F funding(seems its still not profitable even after multiple series of fundings)
3. Their tech stack is mainly Ruby(not so demanding in the industry)
4. The current market situation of rescinding offers

As far as I have heard, the compensation would be good but not sure if I should take this chance or simply reject this opportunity. Need suggestions on the same.
