Since it had mixed reviews, I need to take another technical interview.\n\nThat technical round is also done, where they asked me to develop a tool with interface(Just signatures would be suffice) for string substitutor kinda question. I gave solutions, alogrithms, signatures and got less time for coding at the end but still was able to complete it. And the recruiter reached out to me today saying that I got Leaning towards No Hire from the last round. \n\nThe recruiter told me that it will take some time to find potential Hiring manager as it has mixed reviews.\n\nShould I take this as in team matching phase or simply as a reject in a nicer way?\nIf at all, it is in team matching phase, how long does it take for an Hiring manager to reach out to the candidate.\n\nIm really confused about this. Please share your thoughts.
