Hey everyone,
I had my Google onsite interviews in Jan and Feb 2022 for the University Graduate position.
I got 2 Strong Hires, 1 No-hire in the first 3 onsite interviews.
They scheduled an additional interview since I got a no-hire.
I got a Lean-hire in the last onsite interview.

It's been 4 months and the recruiter said that my application is still being considered.
The recruiter said that I've got mixed feedback, so, they're waiting for a VP to sign on my application.
Some batchmates are going through something similar and even their applications have been on hold.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Does it usually take this much time?
