I was interviewing for Netflix New Grad, Software Engineering. Passed an OA, phone screen, and was heading to the final round with three interviews. I had two interviews on one day and another interview next week. After completing the two interviews, which I thought I did pretty well, I received an email from them saying they already filled out all their spots and rejected me. I asked whether I can finish my interview process and perhaps if I pass I can skip the interview process if there's an opening in the near future. No replies and I was ghosted. By then the total interview process was like three month. What a waste of time... Never applying for this company again.
