Hi,
I have given interviews for so many companies in my 5 years of experience but i never had such a bad experience. So Myntra called me in March 2022 and we began the process of interviews.
First Round: Die hard problem from leetcode. (Explained and wrote the code perfectly)
Second Round: Two medium questions (root to leaf sum K, linkedlist twin sum(i + (n-i)))
Third Round: Design Calender
After they asked me that they wanted to do 3rd round again as the interviewer wasn't sure about me.
Fourth Round( 3rd round 2nd time): Design Notification System.
Then they told me that i cleared this round and they wanted to proceed with HM round.
Fifth Round: Hiring Manager was a very nice person, we had a great talk and he seemed impressed with me.
Sixth Round: It was an HR round, again went really well.
Then the HR called and said that the team couldn't decide about me so they want another round. By this time it was already been a month since we strated the procedure and i was exhausted but still said yes for the next round.
Seventh Round: On this day i got really sick so i mailed the HR that i won't be able to join due to health issues, and whatsup her the same as she wasn't picking up my call. Usually she respond to my msg within hours but this time she didn't even see my msg. I tried calling her many times but it was always switched off. So i tried contacting HR manager who took my 6th round through linkedIn, he said someone from his team will contact me but nothing.
If they weren't sure about me after the third round they could've dropped me and not waste anymore of my time. I could've utilised this time studying or giving interviews for other companies.
So after wasting almost 6 hours, they ghosted me. Frankly these 6 hours seemed like an utter waste of time. These companies don't value interviewee's time and effort and treat them like monkeys from the zoo, they pass time and leave them hanging. They didn't even send any reject email, which a standard practise now a days even with startups, and this was Myntra, a well established company.

UPDATE: So myntra finally called 2 months after ghosting me (Ironically 2 days after writing this post) and said that they wanna offer me a role, i was exicited again because HR manager called me 3 times before i called him back, he said he need 1 day to get approval and the he will get back to me. So i called after 2 days to know why they took 2 months to get back to me. He replied that there was a hiring freeze(I think that the candidate that they selected didn't join) and he need 1 more week to get approvals, i said ok. Fast forward 2 weeks, i called for a follow-up and he said that there's no
requisition for another month and he will get back to me after 1 more month. So i replied f* u.
