So I applied sometime back in February, I got a call from the recruiter in two days and we scheduled the first interview.

Round 1: Telephonic Round (on Google Meet)
I was asked a LC Medium/Hard question, had no idea on how to solve it so I tried to clarify the requirements a bit and after that realised that a more brute force approach would also work, which I quickly coded. I was sure that I would rejected but to my surprise the interviewer was happy with it. So I moved to on to the Virtual OnSite round.

Round 2: First Interview in the Onsite Series
I was asked LC Medium question and some followups which I was able to solve quickly and the interviewer also seemed happy.

Round 3 System Design
Not sure how i did on this one, I did come up with the important elements and answered the followups but hard to say how it went.

Round 4 Coding Round
LC Hard Graph problem with followups, I coded it up with enough time for followups and the interviewer was satisfied with the answers.

Round 5 Last Coding Round
LC Medium, When i saw the question it seemed easy and even in retrospect I can say that it was not hard. I jumped to code it up quickly and presented it to the interviewer, only to realise that my solution was wrong (the interviewer pointed it out). My heart sank and I took some time to get back, I did rewrite the correct solution in the end and also answered the followup questions correctly but I knew that it was over.

Round 6 Googliness
Some behavioral questions.

Verdict : Rejected, the recruiter told me that it was close but not enough

Anyways Life is Journey not a destination, Keep coding and Keep trying.
