Hi, I am a 2022 graduate. I had applied for amazon's 6 months intern in Oct 2021 and gave OA in Nov 2021 after which I received a mail in Dec 2021 that they are considering me for FTE role and this case happened with most of the 2022 grads.

For FTE the first two rounds of interviews were scheduled in first week of Feb 2022. And after which I did not receive any information, upon asking I got a reply PANEL is not free now, but I waited since my first two rounds went really well and then I received third round invite after more than 3 months of the second round when I almost had lost the hope. But again I started preparing for this day and joined the interview call but I kept waiting and the interviewer didn't join and after some time he declined the interview maybe due to some reason and above all no one even informed me about declining of the interview and so I kept waiting on the portal and after some more time I called the HR, she said casually dont worry It will be resheduled when the PANEL has availability and the cycle begins again !

Does amazon has any concern for interviewee's time ?
Is this taken for granted thing only for Fresh Grads ?
Is this their Principles they boast about ?

Update: Last Round got rescheduled in the first week of June , but again the Interviewer didn't come and I kept on waiting and the HR mailed me you can get off the call , we will reschedule it again. Ha Ha Ha , I regret the day I applied for this position.
