Got a revert from a recruiter in few days.\n\n## **Recrutiter Screen**\n##### Duration: 30 minutes\nRecruiter will dive deep into your experiences, expectations, relocation plan and will also elaborate more on the role and day to day responsiilities. Recruiter will have few MCQ domain specific as well as problem solving questions ready and after that will walk you through the interview steps if he/she is satisfied with your answers.\n\n## **Domain Specific Round**\n##### Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes\n```\nType: Elimination\n```\nThis will be a domain specific round in which the interviewer will dive deep into the basic concepts, your understanding by presenting multiple scenarios and use cases. You would also be nudged to write domain specific code on a online platform.\n\nSome general topics include concurrency, multi threading, language constructs, test driven development etc. \n\n## **Live Coding Round**\n##### Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes\n```\nType: Elimination\n```\nAs the name goes, it will a live coding round on an online IDE testing your skills of data structure and algorithms. Generally, it would be a 2 step round. The interviewer will start with a problem and will expand / add to it once he/ she is satified with your solution.\n\nSome general topics include strings, hashmap, array, searching etc. \n\n## **System Design/ Architecture Round**\n##### Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes\n```\nType: Elimination\n```\nThis would be a proper domain specific round in which the interviewer will give you a gist of the requirements (generally, a small feature from the bolt app itself). The requirements would be abstract and you would be tested on your choices, eg: why this technology?, how scalable is this? etc.\n\nYou are expected to come up with a working architecture of the feature. \n\n## **Team Fit Round 1**\n##### Duration: 1 hour\n\nThis round would most probably with your *to be* manager. They will elaborate on your day to day asks, how the org functions etc. and would evaluate your skillset and motivation to join the organisation.\n\n## **Team Fit Round 2 (Optional)**\n##### Duration: 1 hour\n\nThe round construct is similar to the previous one but with a different manager. This round may or may not happen in your case.\n\n## **Result**\n\nRecruiter will update the status of your application generally in 2-3 working days after the team fit round.\n\n## **> My result?**\n```\nTLDR: Rejected\n```\n\nAfter team fit round got a mail from the recruiter that my feedback was positive but they went ahead with other candidate who was suited to there requirements better. \n\nI feel this could be because I didn\'t perform according to the correct expectations in the team fit round, but not sure.\n\n## **> Conclusion**\nInterview can be tricky but all in all it boils down to your hardwork, luck and many other factors. \n\nStay positive and keep the momentum until you land an opportunity which seems to be perfect for you.
