Coding Test (1.5 hour):

Online coding assement test in which some trivial search application needs to be created after fetching json from some url.

DS/PS (1 hour):

Multithreading question to create a web crawler. The WC should not create more than 100 threads at a time, It should only use max. 5 threads per host and use some synchronization to calculate and store the max. and total words in the web page.

Projects (1 hour):Discussions relaated to previous projects and technologies worked upon. Will you use different technology to develop this project and things like that.

DB Design (1 hour): Design a db schema for JIRA like systems. It should have support for managing user permissions, epics, issue types and went into details.

SD (1 Hour): Discussions on previous projects and technologies. Then design a system to calculate youtube video views.

HM(1 Hour): Behaviour questions and past project discussions. Discussions on Operational excellence and mentoring.

Sr. PE (45 min): Discussion with Sr. PE. Questions like how to improvde code quality, operational excellence. Why do you want to join Arcesium. Some questions related to heap memory, GC etc. Questions related to improving the code review processes, quality gates etc.

HR (1 Hour): General discussion and behavoioural questions, Strengths & weeknesses. Time when you took up some new challenge. Discussion on compensation etc.
