Hi All,

This is an incident happening to me right away. I have applied to a big tech company ( FAANG) recently. I have been called for the interview and after the loop interview they said am not selected , but since I have good knowledge on specific skill set they asked me to attend interview for another position. I received a call after 2 days saying they are ready to offer ( Friday ) , they said Monday we will have offer discussion. Monday morning they said offer letter is not yet ready , since finance team approval is not yet there. I mailed after 2 days no response and after 4 days ( Friday ) they said they were on holidays and said sending the details right away. But am writing this post no response from them. Why they are doing this to me ? Show me some light.
