I applied to Gojek directly via the jobs portal for Gojek.
Got a call from the HR scheduling a machine coding round.

Machine Coding Round:
Duration: 1.5 hours (1 hour development + .5 hours discussion )
Problem statement for developing a game using any programming language of your choice.
Focus was more on the design and how familiar you are with programming constructs, design patterns.
Was able to complete it in a fairly decent way and accept my wrongs which I missed out during the development.
It was a healthy discussion just put your thoughts whatever you have felt and why went for the particular approach over the others.

Technical Round 1:
Duration: 1 hour
Discussion regarding past projects and overall what all technologies I had worked with.
Small questions on why this over that which was kind of a test for your design knowledge and how firmly you stand your ground to your desicion or adapt if he has a better approach.
Finally one of my previous work indicated over caching which led to designing system design problem.
Had to write basic functions implementing small parts of the whole problem.

Result: For me it was a positive experience as I had answered everything and even the design problem I completed but still the feedback from the HR I got was a no from the interviewer. Hence another technical round was scheduled with another team after which if I was not selected then final rejection would be considered.

Technical Round 2:
Duration: 1 hour
Started off same with discussion on past projects and similar discussion on choices of technologies and stratergies used to work on a problem.
Asked me to explain any project or work I had done or was doing in depth and had a detailed discussion around that.
Gave a design problem and was asked to work on the HLD basic components and how we try to understand the problem.

Result: Feedback was positive from the interviewer as well. I did ask him if he has any feedbacks from me and he said things went well but not just giving away the result.

Technical Round 3 / HM Round:
Normal introduction and overview of what all my current work is.
Later some culture fit questions were asked.
It was more off like a casual discussion related to technologies and stacks I am familiar with and my past experiences also testing my competency to work in a team.

Overall Opinion:
Gojek's interview process is very more knowledge driven than over being practice driven. They tend to challenge you in terms of your knowledge in real development challenges which you will face in day to day work life and not just coding questions which I liked the most and will admire and because of which I will try again even if I dont make it this time.

Result:
Selected!! But Declined Offer.
