I applied through their career page for multiple roles and a recruiter reached out after two weeks to schedule the introduction call.

Intro Call (30mins - April Week 2):
After mutual introductions and few questions on my background, recruiter explained the role and the work. It was more of a Devops role and work would be more on infrastructure as code. I asked if there were backend roles and the recruiter told he would talk to his colleagues and move my application to backend roles. Meanwhile, he asked me to apply in the website as well and suggested few openings.

I applied for the roles recruiter suggested and another recruiter approached in a week and scheduled the intro call again, it was 45mins this time.

Intro Call (45mins - April Week 3):
Introductions, casual talks, tech background, about role and expectations.

Business Screen Interview (1hr - May Week 1):
Intro, overview of company, team and project.
One product that you are proud of and which had a major impact.
Questions on quality coding - what and how?
Questions on unit testing, functional testing.

Feedback: Cleared to next round and was sent a take home test after one week.

Take Home Test:
I was given a take home test in github. It was a java project with skeleton of two microservices given. They gave 4 user stories and asked to implement any one of them. I picked one where I implemented a new service and had to call an API of existing service. The timeline to submit was 7 days. General instructions, requirements and expectations were given in readme. But recruiter did not respond to any clarifications asked over email. I submitted the code a day earlier.

Recruiter emailed me in 2 days that they have announced hiring freeze and will not push to review the test now, will be resumed once the hiring kicks off again.
