3 rounds : ds/algo , hld, lld . Strong hire in all of them
4th round: Worst experience in my 5 years of industrial journey. Haven't seen more unprofessional person than interviewer.

Conversations were like:

Coversation1
Interviewer: Hey how is the work going?
Interviewee: Its going well. Same old, same old.
Interviewer: Angrily ask what do you mean by same old?

Coversation2
Interviewer:What do you do to enhance knowledge about system design.
Interviewee: I try to learn scalable system can be developed / decoupled by reading blogs like uber blogs/ understading other team mates project. Also learning more about aws. Will be completing AWS architect certification in a month.

Verdict: Interviewer tells hr, interviewee is more interested in devops than backend.Thus not good fit.

Conversation 3:
What are the cons of joining startup?

Yes, weird for me too, should have asked the benefit instead.

Conversation 4

Interviewee: Explaning project
Interviewer: I am not interested in that part.(angrily)

even if you get strong hire in all, the you get A***** as interviewer for behavioural interview, prepare for some real criticism.
He wont be interested in your best project or previous year project... Only would be criticixing why did you not design highly scalable in your current team in less than a year.(Irrespective of if there was some high scalable project available to develop in the current team in last one year)
I believe company instead of hiring, should focus on training Engineering managers.
