I know this is a very late post. But still I want to share my experience.

Total experience : 2.5 yrs

R1 : OOPS Round (Pairing Round)
They have showed me a board and asked me to select a story from there.
I have selected a story in which I have to create the API's for User and it's password validation.
ThoughtWorks more focuses on OOPS, Clean Code and TDD(Test Driven Development). But If you have never done TDD and never written test then just tell about this to interviewer. They will understand your concerns.

Tips for this round : Always keep updating the interviewer about your approaches. Why you are opting to create this class. Method name and variable name should be proper.
It's Okay If you are not able to solve the whole question. They are just checking your thought process.

R2 : This was an amazing round. Interviewer was pretty much cool, And it looks like more of a discussion rather than interview.
Asked question on Ds/Algo : Create our own LinkedList add data and then reverse it. (You have to write the whole code from scratch for linkedlist too on your fav IDE)
Implement Queues via Stack and Stack via Queues.
Discussion on DB design for a pizza shop, Discussion on Rest Api design. Java 8 and Streams.

R3 : (Additional Round for me this round is not for everyone) As I have done my previous work on Networking Domain. So they have setup an additional round for me.
Deep discussion about project. Discussion for SIP, VOIP, RTP and other protocols. And deep discussion on networking

R4 : Social Impact & Behaviourial : In this they just talk about the social topic to know more of you. And asked some behaviourial questions regarding dealing customer as TW provides a grade of Consultant.
Tips : Don't be biased for 1 side.

**I got the offer.
Though TW paid less than I had other offers at that time. But still due to the interview process and its culture I landed to join TW. And this was one of my best desicions. (Sometimes money can also not give you work satisfaction) And In TW I learned about many things, worked on much new tech stack since then. dealing with cliente directly and there is also Work Life balance here **
