2.5 years work experience entry level at a small company with only 2 other devs
BS Computer Engineering (2.7 GPA)

Was reached out by recruiter on LinkedIn.

Was already deep into Microsoft interview process, so the recruiter told me she would expedite my Google interview process. I did not have a technical screening or assessment of any sort.

Studied for 1 month, LeetCode Premium. Google wasn't a priority as I had mainly been studying for Microsoft with the Explore card. On LeetCode I did 25 Easy, 50 Medium, 8 Hard.
Briefly looked at System Design. Recruiter provided me with some decent resources to review.

I believe you have the option to split the interviews across 2 days, but I chose to do it in 1 because of limited PTO with my current company.

Googleyness (1 hour)
Behavioral Questions about team conflict, time management / working under pressure, ethical response in certain situations. Some behavioral questions were hypotheticals of how I would react in certain situations.
Discussed my resume and experience.

4 Technical Interviews (45 min each with 15 min break). Some variation of the following questions.
Longest Continuous Increasing Subsequence (Follow up made this around a medium level question)
Design In-Memory File System
Escape the Spreading Fire
Basic Calculator

I thought all the technical rounds were difficult. It took a lot of guidance from the interviewers to come up with a solution. After finishing all of them I didn't really have any hopes of moving forward. Surprisingly, I was told a week later that I had passed the technical rounds for L3, and they would begin looking for teams to match me with. I got to choose locations I was comfortable with, and let them know I was open to any team in the US.

The whole interview process seemed extremely slow. I was in touch with my recruiter, checking for updates pretty often, and also letting her know I had offers from other companies. It took 3 weeks before they had started scheduling me with interviews to team match. It was too late by then though, I ended up accepting Microsoft instead since I couldn't extend their deadline any further.
