On notice period with less than a week left

I was contacted through Naukri. There were 4 rounds. The team was a part of Creative Cloud.

• Round 1 (DSA/ALGO) :

  https://leetcode.com/problems/maximum-width-of-binary-tree/

  Was able to solve both questions well within the timeline.

• Round 2 (C++/DSA/ALGO) :
  Implement your own shared pointer class
  https://leetcode.com/problems/house-robber/
  Was able to solve both question. Got a call from the recruiter within a hour that I have cleared both rounds and will go forward with manager round.

• Round 3 (Engineering Manager ) :
  Discussions on work ex, projects, etc.
  Find area of intersection rectangles on a given plane. Aim was to be aware of various scenarios. Code should be scalable and new features could be added easily.

  This round did not go as good as previous ones. Felt the manager was little rude and did not give me clear requirements even after asking. He kept changing the scenarios.
  Got a call after couple of days about the director round.

• Round 4 (Director Round) :
  Discussion around profile, work ex, projects
  Design an app like ms paint. He was into high level design discussions. What features to add, what services will do.

  Felt this round went pretty good. The director looked pretty happy with the answers. He then explained about the project, team and day-to-day work I will be doing. I was very hopefull after this.

• Got a rejection mail from the HR next day. Not sure what went wrong. No feedback and as usual the HR did not pick up my call.
