Recruiter reached out over phone. And there was no online assessment. 4 rounds were scheduled as it was a drive on 23rd April (Saturday).
First 2 rounds were scheduled other 2 rounds were dependent on the positive outcome of first 2.
All rounds were elimination round.

Round 1 (Front-end) : Cleared
Questions related to ui fundamentals
and a to develop a basic app in Vanilla JS

Round 2 (Front-end fundamentals deep dive and some problem solving) : Cleared
Questions related to deep understanding of JavaScript, browser, HTML, CSS and some frameworks
and asked many problem solving in JS.

Recruiter told first 2 rounds were positive scheduled third.

Round 3 (Data Structures) : Cleared
One leetcode hard question related to graphs.
Didn't get to write the code as recruiter asked many questions to the approach I'll be taking, to optimise it further, and checking corner cases. It was more on the thought process.

After 2 hours received a call for Round 4 i.e hiring manager

Round 4 (Hiring Manger) : Pending 30 mins
behavioural questions, why microsoft, future planning and one problem solving question (solved using brute force wasn't able to provide the optimize solution didn't got enough time)

After round 4 didn't receive any communication from recruiter, they picked my call once and asked me to call after 1 hour, now they aren't picking up my calls now from last 10 days and some declining the call :)

Verdict: Ghosted
