So this is my one of the worst experience with a company PayU.

Recruiter calls up on wednesday, asks me if I am available on saturday bacuase they want to close the position the same day.

so on Saturday I gave the interview 2 back to back technical rounds and one managerial round.I got a mail on monday saying I am selected for the Swe1 position . I get a call from the same recruiter. He asks me if I have any offer and asks me to send all the documents. After one week also I don't get the offer letter and when I call the recruiter he doesn't pick up the call. After all the hopes shattered . I stopped calling him. After 2 weeks the same recruiter calls me (by this time I have 2 offers in hand) he asks me if I am still open to join payU . He was on vacation so could not pick up my call. I said that's ok. Asks me to share the competing offer and my expected CTC. I do the same . He told I will get the offer letter by weekend. Even after a week I don't recieve the offer letter I tried calling him again. He again started ghosting.

What's wrong with this recruiter. If you guys are actively giving interviews beware of such facts and don't be too excited untill you recieve the offer letter.

I have also experienced the same with one more company Mfine.
