Recruiter reached out over linkedin. And there was no online assessment. 3 rounds were scheduled.

Round 1 (Online assessment)

2 questions were asked in this round. Leetcode medium level. Both were based on arrays. I could finish them in 30 mins, and all test cases executed.

(Verdict: Strong Hire)

Round 2 (DSA)

2 LC Hard were asked. Both of which I bombed terribly.

Was rejected after this. And 3rd round got cancelled.
Based on microsoft experiences, the interviewer I got looked definitely outlier. 2 LC hard questions, and not so straight forward. Especially 1st one, he seemed to be more interested on grilling my math concepts, which am not so great. So had a very tough time.

Nevertheless, in the coming days was able to crack other companies, and finally had the following 3 offers.
