Hi, In my new company joining is on 9th May and in my current company notice period is 30 days, I am already on Notice. I have requested my manager to relase me in 25 days but my manager is not agreeing to relase me early. I requested new company also to extend my joining date but they are also not agreeing to extend my joining date by 1 week. Now it is clashing my joining in new company. I am ready to pay the amount of remaing days in notice period.

Can someone please suggest what can be the possibile solution in that situation.
