2. Subarray sum equals to K

I have answered the 1st question sucessfully and asked for the hint in the 2nd question.
But I feel 45 minutes is way too less to write the code and execute them. I have explained the algo to the interviewer and he was looking positive.
Hopefull for the feedback which meta doesnt provide to the candidate.
