Task on a tree was able to solve it in 15 minute, discussed another approaches left time
Got response in ~4 hours

Round-1:
LP 30 minute:
tell me a time when you need to go outside of your comforzone
tell me a time when you anticipated customer willings
Another 30 minute on problem:
LRU cache didn't solve it before, but described O(1) solution, wasn't able to code it
Self assesment: no-hire/lean hire, because wasn't able to code it, not sure I explained it properly

Round-2:
LP question about conflicts

We started with low traffic. text in average 100 KB, not big amount of user
Described the data and it's format that we will send to a server, how we will handle it on a server side.
Described sql schema. After succeeding in it he said now text in average 10MB(don't remember exactly) and we have images in our text.
Discussed about object storage, load balancer etc.
Self assesment: hire/strong hire, it was quite well interviewer seems satisfied

Round-3:
LP question, give a less examples here
Validate sudoku table
Coding, provided the naive solution fast, was able to explain less code solution with interviewer hints.

     Self assesment: hire, provided well written code. Was able to say another LP's. he mentioned a few things that he liked

Tips:

1. be calm all interview. I failed my bloomberg and meta interviews just because I was too nervous.
2. read about interview proccess deeply, at company where you are applying
3. System design part that I don't really understand. So I tell interviewer before that I don't have deeply knowledge of NoSQL/SQL eetc, and try to describe my level of understanding to make interview more productive. Not sure about that tips
4. Be aware that your interviewer understands you, they need to write an report on you, don't be rush
5. soft skills is important as hard skills
6. Prepare a lot of LP's

Expectation: reject, overral was good, but not good enough. Worry about round 1 and 3, wasn't able to provide a code.
Waited 7 days and emailed my recruiter, we set a phone call. In our discussion he said that I am rejected, didn't provide a meaningfull feedback.
