Steps in the interview were, initial phone call assessement and then if its all good, virtual onsite.

Had call with one the senior staff SDE from Paypal for 30mins in the 1st week of April, we had quick introduction and then jumped onto my experience with various industries and technologies i have worked on, challenges, difficulties i faced, how did i overcome.

She asked a lot about team based questions, software lifecycle, testing and debugging, conflicts within team and what motivates me to learn new things.

The conversation went pretty good, she also discussed on new areas where she is trying to learn new tech liks ML, AI, etc.

After a week, I received my automated rejection email! :(
