1. I had exploratory call on 3 March 2022
2. Then I was given a codepad round on 7 March 2022
3. Then I received mail on Video interviews for 26 March 2022
4. round 1 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
5. round 2 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
6. round 3 : will be communicated based on round 1 and 2
7. I was called by an HR very rudely at 12:55 asking me explanation why I didn't join call at 12:30, As I was never informed about that so I politely told her and asked to start it at 1:30 PM
8. round 3 happened 1:30PM- 2:30 PM
9. I suddenly got a call from HR at 3:35PM to immediately join one more call with the hiring manager explaining it to be a general discussion - I was not aware of round 4 and It was a technical discussion, not a general
10. Then I got to know on 27 that my all interviews are clear and I will be receiving offer letter soon.
11. HR started calling me - got all my documents - salary slips , compensation details, appraisal document and what not!!
12. then she called me on 30 March, and asked if I can talk for 10 min. but she grilled me for an hour and put words in my mouth and got all the numbers from me for the offer letter from GS
13. I got 2 forms on 31st March. which I filled duly and on 4th April, she says some information is missing, when I asked her that she can ask on email and I will give the required information - I never received that email.
14. on 4th April, I am getting call from 3 HRs - to give time slot to have a discussion with hiring manager again. If I ask agenda, one says - General Discussion. One says - for my queries. One says - to understand your experience and align you to a team. Means HR team is not clear why this round has to be done!! and why a round is required at this stage when I have cleared all the interviews.
15. None of the HR is clear about my offer letter and 2 of them are talking very rudely to me. One HR even threatened not to release my offer letter.

This is just so unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour of the HR team.

UPDATE: And they denied giving offer.
Other recruiters from same org are calling me again to go through same interview process. Don't know how they can do this!!!
