First few minutes of sharing introductions.
Coding Question (~30 minutes)
Similar to https://leetcode.com/problems/nearest-exit-from-entrance-in-maze/ but was just asked to code the part whether an exit is possible or not (return true or false). I suggested BFS approach and wrote the code for that. Interviewer as a follow up asked how would you return shortest path (not just the shortest distance) to exit if exists. Only discussion happened for this.
LPs (~25 mins)
Waiting for results, fingers crossed.
Tips and Observations - Amazon/AWS LC questions aren't complex/hard and are based around one DSA generally. Also time is sufficient and we don't have to execute the code so it's pretty chill environment. Good understanding of fundamental DSA and patterns (e.g. Blind 75 List) is sufficient. And ofcourse, preparing good LP stories is equally important nowdays as DSA and LC preparation.
Wish me luck. Thanks and All the Best!
Update: Going for Onsites :)
