I had my first virtual round of Interview at Meta and I must say it was altogether an harrowing experience.\nFollowing questions were asked:\n1. Given an array of integers, determine how many monotonic sequences the array is built of. Examples : \n  One monotonic sequence : \n  1 3 5 10 ( ascending monotonic sequence)\n  7 4 2 2 2 1 (descending monotonic sequence) \n\n    Two monotonic sequences : \n      5 3 1 5 6 7 \n     5 5 5 8 19 14 4 1\n\n\n2. Given a string representing an arithmetic expression with only addition and multiplication operators, return the result of the calculation. \nFor example, for "4+2*3", return 10\n\nSimilar leetcode problem: https://leetcode.com/problems/basic-calculator-ii/\n\nP.S. The interviewer was really intimidating. I wonder why do they keep such  interviewers who make other people nervous
