Got an Offer Letter from Accolite Digital

INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
I saw openings on LinkedIn by one of the recruiter. Applied immediately

Screening Round:
This Round had a Dynamic Programming Question (probably Medium). 45 min round

• Dugeon Game

Quite Easy problem solved it in 20 mins.
More than 75% people were rejected after this round.

Online Assessment:
40 questions based on DSA, Computer Networks and Databases. Answered them and got a call for Interviews.

Technical Round 1:
Interviewer asked few Databases questions like ACID properties and some queries.
Then he asked two DSA questions

1. Next Greater Element (Stack Problem)
2. Subarray with sum Zero

Solved both easily and stated TC and SC. Interviewer was quite satisfied.
Got a Call for next Round.

Technical Round 2:
Interviewer was an experienced guy he asked me few Sql queries which i couldn't answer all of them.
Then couple of Easy questions:

1. Implement any Sorting Algoritm and state its TC. I implemented Bubble sort.
2. Swap two variables without third variable.
3. Find total Palindromic Substrings in the given substring.

Solved all of these within 40 mins. Interviewer asked about my projects and then then asked couple of questions to check my Problem solving Skills.
Got a call for HR round.

HR Round:
Casual talk with HR he was a cool guy asked about why was i rejected in previous companies (mainly Amazon and SAP) answered them confidentely.

I recieved Offer the Next day.

Few IMP points if u are from Tier 3 and want to crack Interviews:

1. Believe in Yourself and like follow good people like Good Devs or Influencers like Striver, Love Babbar follow their DSA paths since the guidance from seniors is nothing and we tend to just waste our free time.
2. Specialize in either DSA or Devlopment dont be that guy who is beginner in both( I did both but i wasnt expert at either).
