I have been interviewed at walmart for the position of Software Engineer III Banglor Location

Round 1 : DS Algo Round. there were 2 questions in this Round

• A Bank accepts all number of coins and returns us 3 coins for 1 coin. the formula for the exchange they use is as below
  . If you give them a coin worth Rs N, then they will return you 3 Coins (N/2, N/3, N/4) values.
  Example (N = 100) we will get back 3 coins worth 50, 33 and 25, so total we will get Rs 108,
  You have been given N, now calculate the maximum amount of money we can make by exchanging the coins recursively

• Given 2 numbers, Represent the fraction of two numbers in the string format

Round 2: This Round was based on Java

• Print Odd/Even numbers in multiple threads (one by one)
• ThreadPoolExecutor Implementation
• Working of HashMap, HashSet
• Some theory Questions Related to Exceptions/Collections/Annotations
• GC Working, Heap Memory Analyze

Round 3: Hiring Manager Round.

• In this round he focused on what type of work I am doing in my currect organization. and what type of work I love to do. and told about the work Walmart does.
• Asked some Design Pattern Questions in Java (Singleton, Factory etc)

Overall Interview Experience was good. Interviewers were really polite and helpful. and were very active during the interview, Overall Interview process took around 15 days.
