Technical phone screen (45 minutes):

5 minutes : (Introduction)
30 minutes:
1 easy problem : https://leetcode.com/problems/range-sum-of-bst/
Solved it and code it in 10 minutes, interviewer was interested in how this approach will work if memory is too high, how can distribute nodes in to seperate machine.

2nd Problem (Hard) : https://leetcode.com/problems/making-a-large-island/
Explained him the naive appraoch and the time complexity for the same. I was able to come up with optimized approach and he asked me to code only the first part of the problem since the problem was very big and might not be able to code in the given time-frame, so i was able to code for the first part and explained him the next part.

5 minutes: Discussion with interviewer about the company culture.
