Hi, I have my "Efficiency & being a force multiplier (Creating Efficiency), Operational Execution (Execution & Results), Citizenship, Collaboration - Interview " at Uber tomorrow. Can anyone give me idea what it is about and what kind of questions are asked.

It was with Hiring Manager. Firstly he tell me about himself and what are the projects his team is working on and then asked mine. Then, He asked me about the project i am working on at my company . And we have a long discussion where he asked follow up questions where ever he think he need more information. He asked me about scenerio where i have delivered something from end to end by my own, my learnings and impact created.
He evaluated me accross all the parameters that were mentioned creating efficiency, results, citizenship, collaboration.

Then he asked me if i want to ask something.

At last he asked me, this question don't effect your application, but why you want to switch and why you want to join uber.
