I applied via lInkedin, the Hackerrank and first round of discussion went good. But in the second round the interviewer was not prepared at all, he picked up some random question on the fly and ask to solve, no hints, nothing he was just busy with his own stuff, you need to call him multiple times to get any response. Finally I told him since you are busy with your own stuff and have no interest in this interview then I should focus on my work, I ended his call.

Such interviewers ruin a company reputation. He was on managerial position but have no sense of how to interview, give a question, turnoff ur webcam and busy in his own work.
