I gave my phone interview for SWE new grad, Google Europe.
I'm Indian.

More than half of the time, I was not able to understand interviewer's accent. He was european or russian.
I was having hard time understanding him.

Somehow I solved the question.
It was a binary search/math question.

But after 1 question, time got over.

I'm feeling very bad, that I practiced a lot and still get rejected. Reason is obviously in the things I wrote above.

Now 12 months cooling period is applied on me. I'm devastated. I got this opportunity to get interviewed after lot of rejections and it was so important for me, but now its all gone :
