Received a call after few days for online interviews

Round 1 - DSA(60mins)
Was asked one LC hard and LC medium

Design Circuit Breaker
Given multiple solutions one central gateway based other storing cache based at application level, how would i scale this, sharding

Round 3 - Machine Coding Round(2hrs -> 10 mins question discussion, 1hr :20 coding, 30 mins discussion on code)
Design expense sharing application.

After 10 days received an generic rejection mail , no feedback on what went wrong but I believe Machine Coding was the blocker as I was not able to code all the required featues
