Application: Applied online and got call from recruiter within next week. The whole process was quick as compared to other companies. It had 3 stages as opposed to 2 stages in other companies.
Stage#1- technical screen : Java related questions similar to
https://leetcode.com/problems/lfu-cache/
https://leetcode.com/problems/lru-cache/
Answered all of them and they moved me to second stage
Stage#2 Onsite (3 rounds): There was one behavioral and one system design round. Coding round question was similar to https://leetcode.com/problems/degree-of-an-array/
Stage#3 Recruiter told me that I need to complete another coding round for them to decide the level. Quesion asked on Codility platform was similar to https://leetcode.com/problems/reformat-date/
There were follow up questions on how to make it generic and improve code quality.
Result: After all the rounds, recuiter reached out within 2 days with the result that I would get offer for X4(Sr. Software Engineer) position. I found the Walmart experience better than many of the tech companies where even they didn't bother to respond to whether my resume is selcted or not. They were also flexibible enough to offer either NJ or CA location. Overall a very satisfying interview experience. I felt happy that finally LC practice paid off.
Offer base(170k), annual bonus(20% of base) and stocks (40k per year for 4 years).
