Went Good\n\n2nd Round : Basic Mutithreading questions, Java concepts and BlockingQueue Implementation.. Went Good\n\n3rd Round Onsite Israel : Basic Cache design for Mulithreading. Read should be shared and write should be blocked. extend requirement to handle expiration time. Went Good .He told me I will have one more round of HR.\n\n\nAfter a week I am getting mail. That we cannot go ahead with the process after I followed up. I do not understand when all the interview went well and then Onsite guy said we will have one more HR round and then why I got rejected without any further HR round.. ? if notice period of 2 months is an issue they shouldn\'t have wasted by time when I already told the HR before interview even started.\n\nVery Bad Experience with the company, got excited bcoz of funding and the work they were doing.
