AWS opensearch (Data Plane Team) Bangalore VS Microsoft(Azure Networking) Bangalore

Hi, I have cleared all rounds with Both AWS(L5) and Microsoft Azure Networking(Yet to tell the level). and both are for Bangalore Location.
YOE - 3.7 years.
TC - not get the final offer letter for anyone yet. will update once I have them. But roughly it will be MSFT TC - (51 lpa +. benefits) AWS TC - (More Than 60 + Benfits)? (Any suggestion)

I wanted to know Which should I join.
Points to consider for the suggestions:
Also try to answer In same manner. I mean each point which is better and why in simple words.

1). I want to stay for long period of time in the company I'll join, and wanted to reach Manager level in the same(Where it is easy to reach this level faster)
2). Also Quality of work (Which has better techstack and work as I have done core Backend eng. and build product from scratch).
3). Wanted to move to US on L1 visa (In which company it's easy/ or any other points to consider).
4). Yearly Appraisal cycle/Increment and other benefits such as refreshers.
5). 8-10 Hours of work Is not an issue.
6). Culture wise.
7). Team help & support.
8). Team switch in case don't like the work.
Also Worried about PIP.
