I had my Arcesium Interview process over the last 2 weeks and would like to share my experience with the community.

Online assessment :

This had the same questions which are mentioned on other interview experiences here on Leetcode.
Got a mail for interview within 3 days.

First technical round

This lasted one hour. Two questions were asked.

1. https://leetcode.com/problems/populating-next-right-pointers-in-each-node/
2. https://leetcode.com/problems/max-consecutive-ones-iii/

Second technical

This was a managerial round. There were two interviewers

The first person asked to design Snake and Ladder game. He was mostly interested in how I would handle the states in the game in a space optimized way. Later extended to multiple players.

Second person asked some Java related questions.

1. What is Dependency Injection?
2. Java's memory model
3. How to make a class immutable?
4. How to avoid race condition?

Third technical

This again had two interviewers. Both asked one question.

1. Median in a running stream of integers.
2. Design a data structure to
   i) insert
   ii) update
   iii) get
   iv) updateAll in O(1).

HR interview

She asked me standard HR questions like Why I want to switch, Why Arcesium and also discussed compensation. Provided me initial numbers. However, I feel I didn't give a convincing answer to why Arcesium. Just hoping I get the letter soon and not get rejected in the HR round!

Had the HR interview on 22nd Dec.
