I applied online using Career Page of Groupon. My first LeetCode style interview ever and 1st interview in 4+ years!

Hackerrank OA (1.5 hour):

• 1 Leetcode Easy & 1 Medium. Don't remember questions. No need to solve both with 100% test cases. I solved 1st with all cases passed and 2nd one only 9/13 passed, still received callback.
• 2 - DSA Coding Round (1 hr):
  - Design a LFU Cache - https://leetcode.com/problems/lfu-cache/
  - Interviewer was friendly and offered tips wherver needed.
  - I took some time to solve as I had never solved this before, but at the end wrote optimized code.
• 3 - System Design Round (1 hr):
  - Design Customer Reviews page for Amazon products
  - Interviewer was friendly. Round was decent, but in hindsight could have been even better. Lots of lessons learnt
• 4 - Behavioral 1 (1 hr):
  - As per me went decent. Mostly TMAAT questions. HM asked a question - do you participate in Hackathons - I said i did one year but from next year could not do it due to tight timelines & workload. And due to that reason HM rejected me.
  - Since my other tech rounds went well, recruiter arranged a different team and a different HM to talk to me
• 5 - Behavioral 2 (50 mins):
  - She was one of the coolest HM's I have ever seen. We had a good conversation on multiple topics as well as tech stack and culture at Groupon, along with TMAAT.
  - HM herself said she is looking forward to working with me!

Recruiter Call:
Spoke multiple times with recruiter from here on. 2nd HM gave a positive review of me and hence was selected.

Result: Selected
I had asked for 60 TC or 50 base. I was also ready to negotiate and meet in middle. They started from 31 (which is my current TC) and came till 50TC, inclusive of a 1 time Joining Bonus of 4 lakhs. RSU was also very low, just 8 lakhs for 4 years (50%, 25%, 25%). Hence although, experience was good with tech interviewers and really liked my new manager (2nd HM), I declined it.
