Recently, I had given interview for Software Engineer role at Harness and got strong positive feedback in all the rounds.
On the later day, recruiter named Chandrasekar G extended the offer of XXL base + X000 ESOPS. As I had competitive offers in hand, I asked them if they can increase the ESOPS. Later I got a call from him saying, there is no requirements as of now.
Will be contacted in case anything comes up.
I mean WTF! this is totally rude behaviour. If they can't afford these compensation, they shouldn't have conducted 4-5 interviews as all the offer details of mine were already known to the recruiter.
