Almost 4 months ago when I was switching, I had multiple offers in hand and I selected one of them. But this turned out to be wrong decision. I am not happy with my current company and their work culture and wlb. So I had resigned from the current company without holding any offer. I had contacted one of the company whose offer I was holding. They have scheduled one round of discussion with HM.
Can someone please help me in getting prepared for the same. Also some tips for job search in case this discussion doesn't go well.
