Here\'s my experience of virtual onsite that I gave recently.\n\n**Interview 1** [45 min]\nBrief chat with about my experience and interviewer\'s (SDE) experience. Chatted on current project in the potential team.\n\n*Coding*: Writing and testing code for resource locking. Basically, write a writer and reader class, with a resouce lock. Multi-threaded concepts, and demonstrate my testing abilitites.\n\nThis kind of question caught me by surprise.\n\nEnded interview with me asking some questions about the team.\n\n**Interview 2** [45 min]\nChat with EM. EM explained the product, roadmap of the org.\n\nIt was a behavioural round\n1. Challenging project(s) that I have worked on?\n2. What was the time that I got critical feedback, how did I deal with it?\n3. What was a time when I was given an ambiguous project, and the requirements from the manager were not clear? What action did I take?\n\n5-10 mins reserved for answering my questions\n\n\n**Interview 3** [45 min]\nCoding round with SDE.\n\n[First Unique Character in a String](https://leetcode.com/problems/first-unique-character-in-a-string/) - LC easy\n\nI think interviewer wanted to ask another question, but ran out of time.\n\nQuestions I asked were about impactful projects, things they\'d like to improve in VMWare, some other discussions.\n\n\n---\nResult unknown right now.\n\n\n\n
