Round 1: Resume based shortlisting.
Round 2: Online assessment ( I dont remember the platform but a detailed analysis report was available as pdf to overview the overall performance). One coding question medium to tough level, mine was a variation of Longest palindromic substring. Cognitive ability: 17 questions. Cognitive analytics 8 questions. Technology concepts: 25 questions. One of the best online proctoring for the OA i've seen. They even give it in pdf that at what time frame you were looking away from screen or when face was partially visible.
Percentile based shortlisting for the interviews. Also percentile would be considered among all of the candidates ever given that assessment (that count was around 7000 when I gave the assessment). My score was among 96 percentile and was shortlisted.
Round 3: Interviews. Data structures. Stack. Queue. OOPs concepts and some differences, Project discussion and questions. Tools and tech used in projects. This round went on for almost 30 mins. The focus was on basic understandings of data structures and core concepts. Also projects were important part of the overall discussion.
Round 4: HR. General questions. Preferred location.
Verdict: Offered.
