Hi All,

I'm a Data Engineer with 3+ YOE nad am looking for a switch and have been working on my Data Structure problems here on LC and some system desgin.

I've given a lot of interviews so far at good companies (for past 2 years) but I always end up failing. It's always been a downhill ride and I'm now starting to feel that I might be doing something wrong or missing some crucial element to get to the finish line. It's very dissapointing.

I was wondering if there's anyone who could give me personal coaching/guidance ( someone who can look at my steps/procedure and practises pensively and correct things where necessary)., that'd be very grateful. I'm even happy to compensate them if needed.

If that's not the case, someone who I can work with on a daily basis(like how peers do in school while studying so that I can have someone to compare against and exchange best practices).

Please let me know if anyone is willing to do that or aware of someone/some org that can help me.
