- After every interview i analysed what i said
- I wrote down every new question i get asked
- Tried to solve atleast one question daily
- Regularly updated my resume and my profile in different job sites
- I always asked for a feedback from the interviewer
- I applied to atleast 10 jobs posted across different sites
- I was always ontime for every interview
- I did not include anything useless in my CV (I haven't done any major projects so it was just one page)
Things that were not in my favor
- No meaningful/relevant project
- No development experience
- Being a mechanical engineer in the IT field
- One entire year wasted due to covid
- I was working in service based company where I wasn't learning anything
- Had literally no idea about the DS/Algo, time and space complexity before June of last year.
Thanks to discussion section of Leetcode and CTCI I was able to take my first step in coding.
I hated my last job so much that it helped me in getting over all my personal and emotional road blocks.
Happy Leetcoding!
