Hi,

I got a call from Google recruiter in India and after a initial short interview from the recruiter, my profile was shortlisted for telephonic round. After the telephonic round, the recruiter called me said they referred for another round of telephonic interview. However, after second telephonic interview I haven't heard back from the HR. It's been a month already and I have sent three mails following up for feedback or further communication. I even tried calling HR but there was no response.

At this point, I lost hope and assuming that I did not make it to further rounds since there is no communication whatsoever.

I have read that Google provides good feedback and follow up even for profiles rejected to tell what is the feedback given to them. Is that not the case now? Has anyone faced similar scenario?

On a side note, is a two round telephonic interview not frequent in google interview process?
