I recently gave senior SD interview with one of direct team hire position for Microsoft but, didn’t get the offer. Not sure what happened but, I thought interview went well.

Anyway, my recruiter told me I can try hiring event for Jr level and, they sometimes offer level 63 ( my desired level ) if performance is great in HE.

Should I go this route? As I’m not sure how these hiring events are and if the try to match salaries if we were to select by traditional hiring way.

Does anyone know if hiring events will have questions from LeetCode tagged as Microsoft? I'm wondering If I need to prepare all over again with different set of questions for hiring event.
