**Context:**\n```\nI want to share the things that i observed and happened to me, when i was applying for job openings.\n```\n***\n**On which platforms i applied??**\n```\n1) Companies career page.\n2) LinkedIn\n```\n***\n**What are the things that i did?**\n```\n1) I have applied to various job openings in different companies on Linkedin and career page,\n2) Even though i have good resume but i never heard back from company,\n3) I am working in one of the known MNC and have more than 1 year of experience in Mobile Development.\n4) I have decent coding skills and also won some competitve coding competitions.\n```\n***\n**My Observation!**\n```\n1) On LinkedIn , i have never been contacted by job recruiters for interviews,\n2) Even though , my resume and profile is satisfying all the requirements\n```\n***\n**Other People Experience!**\n```\n1) I also went through other people experience, some people had more than 3 year of experience,\nand still they don\'t get the call from recruiters.\n2) But there are some people who have less than 1 year of experience and are being contacted by recruiters.\n```\n***\n**Are we missing something!**\n```\n1) How to get referrals, even i contacted recruiters directly on LinkedIn but never heard anything back from them.\n2) Are LinkedIn and Career Page not enough to apply for Job openings,\n```\n***\n**1) I am posting this, because leetcode family is very helpful,\nand i know i will get some advices from the family members**\n**2) Please feel free to mention anything that i am missing while applying to Jobs**\n\n
